1. Assemble version:
a. Transformer box:
Including Voltage meter, once if you want check if transformer still good, then you just put AC110V to Transformer box of the L1+N, the meter will show 30-40v, thats means the transformer is good to use.
Usually if the transformer is safety to your home, then its ok to continue use 10-15years, even more than that, we are talking about once you buy the assemble version, the transformer will be like your car, always stay with you.
As the transformer is very heavy, they are very easy to damage it during the delivery, the delivery man always like to drop the goods, thats why we put a whole cover into the trasnformer to fix it with 8pcs big screws, if it still damage, we have to say we already try the best, then we can directly replace a new transformer box to you.
b. Control box:
Inside the control box, is including the control board, main board, 80% are electric parts, thats may have chance to dead, you can choice to replace power mos board & driver board by screws, or if you want easy way, just replace a whole control box thats can be directly solve the defective problem.
c. Back side cover including:
As the inverter come with 2box become a whole inverter, thats why back side should be connect the cable, all cable will be including for you to connect(battery cable not including), after connect all, then we will give you 2 metal case to cover all the cable.
This is our newest version split phase power inverter, upon some buyer's request, we upgard the inverter with more functions than the old ones, then can man operate it more easily and flexible.
1. DC alarm voltage adjustment (±0.5V)
Adjust counterclockwise to reduce DC alarm voltage
Adjust clockwise to raise DC alarm voltage
2. AC output voltage adjustment (210V-240V or 105V-135V)
Adjust counterclockwise to decrease AC output voltage
Turn clockwise to raise the AC output voltage

A lot of people want Split phase power inverter, however, they can not find this kind of inverter on the marketing, now power jack hear your voice, we prepare lots stock for usa customer demand, our ac output as follows:

NOTE: THIS ITEM IS 48V DC INPUT, USUALLY WHEN YOU USE BIG POWER, THE BEST INPUT VOLTAGE IS 48V,
because the amp will become small, will not cause the inverter getting so hot, if inverter not hot, the efficiency will arrive2-3%
means can go to 92-94%, also your battery bank can keep very good performance!

this inverter is LF inverter, we called low frequency, with big transformer inside,
this design just for the heavy duty appliance, like pump, motor, freezer, grinder, microwave, heater.
I sold the inverter about 10more years, most of is HF INVERTER(made by mosfet), even it's 5000w inverter,
still get some feedback from customers side, they say why i use pump, grinder can not turn it on? or use some weeks,
the inverter dead, because some heavy appliance maybe just 500w, however, when turn it on need 10-15times conitnue power(5kw-7.5kw) to start it, in this moment, very easy to damage the mos-fet, it happened all the time, i am very upset about this situations & no idea to real solve the problem.
One day my friend who is engineer to charge the power source about the airplane & train, he told me can think about the LF INVERTER, as all the airplane, train, big baord, RV CAR, they are set up this inverter with no problem.
I go to find how this inside made, the major point is big transformer, made by a wide copper, very strong enough 100times than HF(MADE BY MOSFET) to produce smooth power & of course, even 5-8years after, the transfomer still working good!
4. you may see a lot of inverter in the marketing for sell, price will be hurge different, 80% is HF INVERTER, because
it' handy 3kw around 5-6kgs, 5kw around 10kgs, but before you make a choice, just asking can this run microwave, compressor, pump?  You may not get very satisifed answer, that's the big difference!
What i recommend is just spend your money for power source at 1 shot can real useful, real match your power source demand.

All please kindly note that the box of the inverter came in must be saved in order to have a warranty claim due to shipping damage or return to repair.
No box, no claim. Simple as that. Express company requires that they look at the box that the inverter came in for a claim to be approved. If man need to return the inverter back for warranty , then must package it well with the original box and foams to protect the inverter, thank you!
Please check the carton and product since you got it , if something damaged during transport by express company ,let us know immediately, then take a pic for the package and product first , and test the product normal or not ,any problem pls contact us asap so that you can cover the corresponding warranty
