Great for breakfast bars, cafeterias, and buffets, this toaster toasts up to 300 slices of bread per hour, helping you keep up during the breakfast rush or lunchtime sandwich frenzy. Its 10" wide conveyor belt and a 3" opening allow everything from sliced bread and bagels to english muffins to glide through for the perfect crisp.
To help prepare customers' toast just the way they want it, the unit has infinite controls to slow down or speed up the conveyor belt, and thus the toasting process. The faster the conveyor moves, the lighter the toast; the slower it moves, the darker the toast. A second dial allows the operator to choose between four element settings, including bread, buns, standby, and off. The bread setting ensures that both sides of the bread are toasted to perfection, while the bun setting toasts one side only for a more subtle crunch. The standby mode keeps elements at reduced power to conserve energy, but reduces preheat time when going into high-service meal periods.
Once the toaster is powered on, simply feed the bread through the top chute, and wait for the toast to drop into the front delivery chute. A pass-thru / back delivery chute allows the bread to pass through the toaster for a second time to achieve a darker, richer toast. Plus, a set of legs raise the toaster off the counter to make cleaning easier when clearing the counter of bread crumbs. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
